To apply for the fifth batch of this fellowship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- PhD Degree: Applicants must hold a PhD degree from a recognized local or international university.

- Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 45 years at the time of application.
- Nationality: The program is open to citizens of Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
