Driving License for Government Employees – A Step Towards Accountability

The campaign provides full facilities at traffic offices as well as mobile vans that will assist government workers in different areas. These mobile units are equipped to handle all necessary procedures, including document verification, driving tests, and license issuance – all under one roof.
CTO Islamabad’s Clear Message on Responsibility
Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Captain (retd) Hamza Humayun emphasized that government employees, being public servants, should lead by example. He stated,
“As a government employee, accountability should begin with oneself first.”
He highlighted that this campaign is not just a favor but a step to ensure that those responsible for enforcing the law also follow it themselves.
