Matriculation Second Annual Exams: The Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE Rawalpindi) has officially announced the Matriculation Second Annual Examination Schedule 2025. According to the notification, the exams will begin from September 29, 2025, and all preparations have been finalized to ensure smooth and transparent conduct of the exams.
Roll Number Slips Issued to All Candidates
The Rawalpindi Board has issued roll number slips to both regular and private candidates:
- Regular students can get their roll number slips from their respective schools. The slips have already been uploaded to the institutions’ portals.
- Private candidates will receive their roll number slips at the postal addresses they provided during the admission process.
- Additionally, roll number slips are also available online at the official website: www.biserawalpindi.edu.pk.
- Candidates can download their slips using either their B-Form number or their online admission form number.

44 Examination Centers Established
To conduct the matriculation exams efficiently, the board has set up 44 examination centers across the district:
- 18 centers for boys
- 12 centers for girls
- 14 combined centers (for both boys and girls)
These centers have been selected to ensure easy access for all students and to avoid overcrowding.
Online Monitoring and Control Rooms Setup
For the first time, advanced monitoring systems have been introduced to prevent cheating and misconduct:
- CCTV cameras have been installed in all Ehsaas examination centers for real-time surveillance.
- A central control room has been activated in the Rawalpindi Board complex.
- Additionally, district-level control rooms have been established to support local monitoring and ensure instant response to any issues.

Special Squads and Monitoring Teams Deployed
To make the exam process foolproof and transparent, special monitoring squads and mobile inspectors have been assigned across all centers. These teams will ensure that the examination rules are strictly followed.
- A total of 44 superintendents and 58 deputy superintendents have been appointed to manage the centers.
- The list of exam staff has also been forwarded to the Special Branch for verification and security clearance.
Exams Under Punjab CM’s Vision for Transparent System
This year’s matriculation exams are being conducted under the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, who has emphasized transparency, fairness, and accountability in the examination process.
The Controller of Examinations, BISE Rawalpindi, stated that strict disciplinary action will be taken against any staff member found guilty of negligence or misconduct during the examination period.
Important Instructions for Students
- All candidates are advised to download and print their roll number slips in advance.
- Students must reach their examination centers on time and carry their original roll number slips and CNIC/B-Form.
- Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside examination centers.
- Follow the code of conduct and cooperate with the examination staff for a smooth process.
