Scholarships for non-Muslim students
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has taken a great step and announced Scholarships for non-Muslim students for the financial year 2025-26. This scholarship is reserved for deserving students from minority communities studying in government educational institutions of Pakistan.
Eligibility Criteria
These scholarships are available only to those non-Muslim students who:
- Belong to Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist or other minority religions.
- Be enrolled in any class from primary to professional college in government educational institutions of Pakistan.
- Have secured at least 50% marks in the previous annual examination.
- Have a strong academic record.
- The monthly income of the parent or guardian should not exceed Rs. 80,000.
Which students are not eligible for the scholarship?
- Students who are enrolled in private educational institutions.
- Those who are already benefiting from any other scholarship program.

Complete Application Procedure
The following procedure must be followed to apply:
- The candidate must first visit the official website of the Ministry www.mora.org.pk and fill out the online application form.
- After completing the online application, print the computerized numbered form.
- This printed form must be sent to the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony within five days.
- The form must be attested by the head or principal of the candidate’s institution.
List of Required Documents
The following documents are required to be attached to the application:
- Student’s Mark Sheet (certified copy)
- Recent Examination Progress Report
- If GPA or Semester System:
- Relevant academic documents issued as per the GPA System
- Last two semesters’ result cards for the semester system
- Original Income Certificate of the parent or guardian
- Student’s CNIC or B-Form (issued by NADRA)
- Student’s Bank Account Number in the Scheduled Bank
- Attestation of all documents by the Head of the Institution
Note: A Mark Sheet issued on plain paper will not be acceptable.
Last Date for Submission of Application
All applications must be received by 28th October 2025.
Applications not submitted online or incomplete will not be accepted.
