All teachers are advised to log into the SIS portal using their credentials to view and download their transfer orders.

Transfer Process Halted in Four Districts Due to Elections

Despite the large-scale transfers, the Punjab government has temporarily stopped transfers in four districts due to the ongoing election activities. The affected districts are:

  • Rahim Yar Khan
  • Muzaffargarh
  • Faisalabad
  • Sargodha

The government has stated that once the election process concludes in these areas, the pending transfer orders will be resumed as per the policy.

Warning for Surplus Teachers

The School Education Department has clearly stated that surplus teachersthose whose services are no longer required at their current schools—must apply for transfers.

Teachers who fail to submit their applications will face departmental action. Moreover, the department confirmed that all surplus teachers will be forcibly transferred in the next round, regardless of whether they apply or not.

This step aims to ensure that no school is overstaffed while others remain understaffed.

Future Transfer Rounds Planned

The department has assured that another round of teacher transfers will be conducted soon. This will mainly focus on:
