Turkey Tour for Matriculation Position Holders
In an exciting move to celebrate academic excellence, the Federal Government of Pakistan has launched a special Turkey Tour for Matriculation Position Holders from all educational boards across the country. This initiative aims to reward the top-performing students by offering them an international travel experience, recognizing their hard work and dedication.
This inspiring program is being organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training and the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports.
Organized to Recognize Academic Excellence
Under this initiative, matriculation position holders from all educational boards in Pakistan will be allowed to travel to Turkey on official passports. This international visit is designed to broaden students’ horizons, expose them to a new culture, and inspire them to continue excelling in their academic journey.
The program is being facilitated by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), which is coordinating with all boards to ensure the smooth execution of the tour.

Eligibility and Participation Criteria
The tour is strictly for students who secured top positions in their matriculation exams. To be eligible, these students must fulfill certain pre-travel conditions set by the IBCC and the Ministry, which include:
- A medical fitness certificate from a government hospital.
- A written permission letter from a parent or legal guardian.
- Students must bring two pairs of white shalwar kameez and shoes.
- Only one shoulder bag will be allowed per student.
These requirements are in place to maintain uniformity, discipline, and ease of travel for the group.
Travel Arrangements and Passport Requirements
All selected students will travel on official passports, provided under the supervision of the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports. The concerned educational boards are responsible for collecting and submitting the students’ passports and other necessary documents to the IBCC Secretariat in Islamabad by September 19, 2025.
This deadline is crucial to ensure that all coordination with Turkish authorities is completed in time.

Ministry-Provided Uniforms and Travel Guidelines
As part of the official dress code, each student will receive a green blazer from the ministry to wear during the visit. Additionally, students are not allowed to carry:
- Laptops
- Cameras
- Other electronic devices
Only essential personal items can be carried in the shoulder bag. This rule is in place to prevent distractions and ensure the focus remains on the educational and cultural aspects of the tour.
Also, each student must provide the emergency contact number of a parent or guardian for safety and communication purposes.

وزارتِ وفاقی تعلیم و پیشہ ورانہ تربیت اور ڈائریکٹوریٹ جنرل آف امیگریشن اینڈ پاسپورٹس کے اشتراک سے یہ پروگرام منعقد کیا جا رہا ہے، جس کے تحت میٹرک پوزیشن ہولڈرز سرکاری پاسپورٹس پر ترکی کا سفر کریں گے۔
آئی بی سی سی کے نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق اس پروگرام میں شامل طلبہ کو چند شرائط پوری کرنا ہوں گی، جن میں کسی سرکاری اسپتال سے میڈیکل فٹنس سرٹیفیکیٹ، والدین یا سرپرست کا تحریری اجازت نامہ، دو عدد سفید شلوار قمیض کے جوڑے اور جوتے ساتھ رکھنا شامل ہے۔
نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق وزارت کی جانب سے طلبہ کو سبز بلیزر فراہم کی جائے گی، ہر طالب علم کو صرف ایک شولڈر بیگ لے جانے کی اجازت ہوگی، جبکہ لیپ ٹاپ، کیمرے اور دیگر الیکٹرانک آلات سختی سے منع ہوں گے، والدین یا سرپرست کا ہنگامی رابطہ نمبر دینا بھی لازمی قرار دیا گیا ہے۔
پک اینڈ ڈراپ
آئی بی سی سی کے مطابق طلباء کی سہولت کے لیے متعلقہ بورڈز. پک اینڈ ڈراپ کی سہولت بھی فراہم کریں گے. تمام تعلیمی بورڈز کو ہدایت دی گئی ہے کہ منتخب طلباء کے پاسپورٹ. اور دیگر مطلوبہ دستاویزات 19 ستمبر 2025 تک آئی بی سی سی سیکریٹریٹ اسلام آباد بھجوا دی جائیں. تاکہ ترکی کے حکام کے ساتھ بروقت کارروائی اور ہم آہنگی ممکن ہو سکے۔
تمام بورڈز کے چیئرمین اس پروگرام کی نگرانی اور طلباء کو رسمی کارروائی مکمل کرنے میں مدد فراہم کریں گے. اور اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں گے. کہ پروگرام خوش اسلوبی سے آگے بڑھے. ان انتظامات کے ساتھ. ترکی کا یہ دورہ پاکستان کے میٹرک پوزیشن ہولڈرز کے لیے ایک یادگار اور مفید تجربہ ثابت ہوگا۔
Support Services and Supervision
To assist students, all participating education boards have been instructed to provide pick-and-drop services. This is aimed at easing the logistical burden on families and ensuring punctuality during the travel process.
The chairmen of all boards will play a key role in supervising the program, helping students complete the required formalities, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
